Hajja Salesjana

A brief introduction to yourself, your family and your studies. My name is Lydia Scerri, widow of late Raymond (who was also a committed Salesian Cooperator). My first employment was as a factory girl (a job which taught me much about life). Later I moved up to secretarial duties. In 2014 I acquired a Diploma from the Pastoral Formation Institute, in 'Christian Leadership'. I have been blessed with two wonderful, caring children Luke and Olivia. Mill-album tal-Familja Salesjana 1. 2. How did you come to know Don Bosco? Grateful to our Blessed Virgin Mother, our son attended Savio College at Dingli. I started attending meetings like Lectio Divina, organised by Fr. Fabio Attard, helping with school activities and slowly slowly I started to come to know Don Bosco and his Salesians. In which way are you part of the Salesian Family? I form part of the Da Costa Salesian Cooperators group, led by Fr. Sandro Camilleri since 2009, attending monthly meetings, retreats and other activities held by the Salesians, whenever I can. 3.
