How did you come to know Don Bosco? I come from a diocesan parish, where the parish priest is very friendly with the Salesians. For many years the Salesians came to my parish, mostly from Cracow. They preached retreats, accompanied parishioners during important events in the life of the parish and spread the spirit of Don Bosco. It was very inspiring for me, as a child, to read the book of Enzo Bianco sdb about blessed Augusto Czartoryski sdb. This book was by the Salesians in my parish. Czartoryski was a young Polish aristocrat who met Don Bosco in France and left everything behind to join the Congregation. Later, when I went to study in another city Wrocław, I attended the Salesian church close to my university. That church is now part of my province. I’m the youngest in my family. I have two other brothers, Dawid and Marcin who are one and three years older than me. My parents, Andrzej and Jolanta, have brought me up with good Christian values. After High School I continued my education at the Univeristy of Technology, from where I graduated with a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering. 1 . 2. Br.
