If you have sinned and are repentant, calm down: God is infinitely merciful and will forgive you as long as you strive to avoid temptation. If your nerves are tense, calm down. God is patience. If no one understands you, calm down. God knows you and understands you. He knit you together in your mother’s womb. If you need to make important choices, calm down. God guides you if you allow Him to. If you're lost, calm down. God sees you. If you're in trouble, calm down, God will lead you. If the disease wears you down, calm down, God heals. If the cross is heavy, calm down: God supports you. If death frightens you, calm down: God is resurrection and life. God is always with us, He loves us and always listens to us. Do you?
